Bill each account the way you agreed
Agree a price or a limit with one customer, give credit toward the next payments, and let every account read what it paid, what changed and who changed it, without opening Stripe.
Keep invoices and cards inside the account
The billing screen shows the plan, its state, the next payment date and the last invoices. Cards are added, set as default and removed from the payment methods page, with Stripe holding the numbers.
See what each payment was for
Open any payment to see its breakdown line by line: the plan, each add-on, every mid-cycle adjustment and any discount, adding up to what was charged. The official receipt Stripe issued downloads from the same place.
Read every change to a subscription
The billing screen keeps the subscription history: each change of plan, add-on, quantity, tier, price or renewal day, every payment and every credit movement, once, with who made it and what it charged. A lifetime purchase says what it cost and an agreed price is marked as such. The account reads By you, By Administration or By System; your team sees the same history on the user's page, with each colleague's name.
How the subscription history readsAgree a price with one account
Give one account a lower price for a plan, an add-on or a package, forever, for a number of charges or until a date. A new line is charged at it from its first invoice and a running one from its next renewal, the account sees the agreed price and how long it lasts wherever it would see the list price, and when it ends the list price comes back on its own.
How to agree a priceGive one account its own limits
Set an account's own value for a limit of its plan, higher or lower than the plan's. Its add-ons still add on top, every other account keeps the plan's value, and the custom value stops applying if the account moves to another plan. Every change is kept with who made it and when.
How to set a custom limitGive an account credit toward its next payments
Add credit to one account, or take back what it has not used, always with a reason. Stripe takes it off the next subscription invoices on its own, and the account sees how much it has, how much its next payment goes down and every movement with its reason on its billing screen.
