Support

  • Support tickets: your users open a ticket from their account and follow your answers there, and your team answers from one Support inbox that puts first the tickets closest to their deadline. The deadline depends on the plan, and a plan can include Priority support. Each reply is signed with the name of whoever wrote it. Support tickets
  • A live support chat for users whose plan has Priority support, offered only while someone from the team is connected to attend it. Live support chat

Payments and add-ons

  • A card whose bank asks you to approve the payment is no longer refused: Confirm your payment opens inside the app, and the add-on, the quantity or the plan you chose is switched on as soon as you approve it. Cancel it and nothing is charged. When your bank asks you to approve a payment
  • The add-on catalogue of an account that already pays for a plan or an add-on shows only that subscription's period, since every add-on joins the same subscription, and an add-on is offered only in the currency the account already pays in. Sell add-ons
  • Plan cards now list the add-ons a plan includes and whether it has priority support, and an add-on included in your plan or bought for life says so where its price was. Sell add-ons
  • With real time switched on, an add-on payment is confirmed on screen the moment it goes through, and the notification bell updates in every open tab without reloading. Real time with Reverb
  • Several fixes were made to payments and add-ons.

Subscriptions

  • When a subscription ends, the account goes back to the free plan of its country on its own. When it cannot — there is no free plan for that country, or the account uses more than it allows — every screen says why and how to get back in, and while it has no plan the account gets nothing from one. When your account is left without a plan
  • An account, or a user in the admin panel, cannot be deleted while its subscription can still charge: cancel the subscription in Plans first. Your account area
  • Several fixes were made to subscriptions.

Files and the media library

  • Image and file fields, the profile picture and the add-on images now upload as soon as you choose the file, with a progress bar and Cancel, and saving the form no longer waits for the upload. When you remove or replace a file you choose whether it is also deleted from the media library. Add custom fields
  • Large files reach S3 in parts, resumed after a dropped connection, and the upload limit is the project's own, 110 MB unless you change it. Files, images and storage
  • Disk space can be sold in megabytes or in gigabytes, and every size on the space pages is read in that unit. The space pages
  • A usage card can be tied to the add-on it belongs to, so only the accounts that have that module see it. Plan limits and usage
  • Several fixes were made to the media library.

Brand and interface

  • Each project now has its own palette, font, logo, favicon and installed app icons, on top of a generic set it falls back to, and every screen of the kit, the admin panel included, is drawn with design components your project can replace one by one. Brand and interface
  • A project without its own help folder, landing or legal texts shows generic ones written for any product, and each project writes its own terms and privacy pages. Make it your own
  • Weblabor Base has a new home page that says what it sells, with its packages, a WhatsApp contact and a demo page, and the features pages gain Support and Media and space, with screenshots of the real screens. Features

Help centre and guides

  • Every help page carries its language in its address, and a guide opened from another page offers a way back to it. Old addresses redirect to the same page in your language. Write guides and the changelog
  • A page that does not exist now shows a translated page with a way back, and every public page names the browser tab after itself. Routes, layouts and middleware
  • Several fixes were made to the help centre.

Corrections

  • Several fixes were made to the admin panel.
  • Several fixes were made to notifications.
  • Several fixes were made elsewhere in the product.
